Natural cider

According to the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture of August 1st 1979, which regulates ciders and other apple derivated beverages, cider is "the resulting beverage of the total or parcial alcoholic fermentation of fresh apples or their mosto".

Natural cider, according to the same order, "is the cider elaborated following the traditional practices, without sugar addition, that contains endogenous carbonic gas exclusively. Its content in acquired alcoholic graduation will be higher than 4,5 grades".
